Photoshop is a graphic software that can be used for image manipulation.

Ans:
the components of Photoshop window are:
      1)   Menu bar         2) toolbox                3) option bar

Q3) what are the uses of Photoshop?

Ans:
I) design web pages              
II) make different drawings using drawing tool
III) create animation
IV) to color digital images



Q4) Explain the purpose of the following components of Photoshop   
I) menu           II) tool box              III) option bar

Ans:
I)           Menu bar: this runs across the top of your Photoshop window and contains various menu options for Photoshop’s tool
II)        Tool box: contains shortcuts to Photoshop tools
III)     Option bar: it holds options for different tools.

Q5) write the steps to create a new Photoshop file.
Ans:
 -      Click File menu.
 -      New
 -      New dialogue box appears
 -      Enter a name for the file
 -      Enter Width and Height
 -      Select type of background ( transparent – white – colored )
 -      Click OK.

Q6) Write the steps to save a Photoshop file
Ans:
 -      Click File menu
 -      Save
 -      A save As dialogue box appears
 -      Give a name for the file
 -      Click Save

Ans:

 -      Open
 -      Open dialogue box appears
 -      Choose the file you want to open
 -      Click open
